Acceptance
By installing or using Snikko, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the app — it really is the easiest opt-out we can offer.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Snikko on your devices. Don't decompile the binary, ship a clone, or use the app to break the law.
Your content
Everything you scan, save or generate inside Snikko stays yours. We don't claim ownership and we don't peek. Snikko doesn't run servers that touch your stash.
Acceptable use
Don't use Snikko to:
- Store or share codes that aren't yours to share.
- Distribute malware, phishing payloads, or fraudulent codes.
- Reverse-engineer the on-device AI for separate redistribution.
Price
Snikko is free. We may add optional add-ons in the future; any change will be announced clearly with at least 30 days' notice, and the core app remains free.
Warranty
We try really hard but we can't guarantee Snikko will work for every code, in every situation, on every phone. Snikko is provided "as is" without warranty. Use it for your codes — don't bet your business on a single timer.
Snikko's on-device AI features (smart-categorize, read-ticket / smart-scan, semantic duplicate detection) are best-effort and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Always verify AI-suggested values — parking lot, expiry time, vehicle plate, seat row, category — before relying on them.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Snikko Labs isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from app use. Total liability is capped at 0 ฿ — because that's what you paid for it.
Changes
We'll update these Terms occasionally. Material changes get a notice in-app and at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you're cool with the new version.
