How do I add a parking ticket?
Tap the scan button, point at the QR or barcode on your ticket — Snikko auto-fills lot, spot, vehicle, and expiry from the payload when it can, and you fill in anything missing.
Can I export my codes?
There is no one-tap export in the app today. To get a portable copy of the on-device data we hold for you, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days, as PDPA Section 31 requires.
Snikko can't read a faded or damaged code — what now?
Switch to the photo or manual modes on the Scan screen: pick a clearer photo from your library, or type / paste the code value by hand. Snikko treats the manually entered string exactly like a freshly scanned payload.
Can I read a paper ticket with AI?
Yes — install a vision-capable Gemma model from AI Setup, then tap "Read ticket from photo" on the scan screen. The model extracts title, venue, time, and other fields. Image and model output never leave your device.
Why does my parking timer differ from the printed receipt?
Snikko reads the expiry timestamp embedded in the QR / barcode payload. If the lot extends your time manually, open the stash → Edit and adjust the expiry; or use +15 min / +1 hr / +2 hr on the Live screen.
Can I share a Wi-Fi code with a friend?
Open the Wi-Fi stash → Share. Snikko sends SSID and password as plain text via your OS share sheet — AirDrop, Messages, anywhere. Your friend does not need Snikko installed.
