Live camera scan

Tap the Scan tab. Point the camera at any QR code or barcode — Snikko reads the first valid code in frame and takes you straight to Add so you can review the auto-filled fields.

Scan from a photo

On the Scan screen, tap the photo icon to pick an image from your camera roll. Snikko analyses the still image with the same scanner as the live camera, so any code the camera can read can be read from a photo too.

Type a code by hand

On the Scan screen, switch to manual mode. Paste a code value or type it character-by-character. Snikko treats the string exactly like a freshly scanned payload — handy when the camera can't get a clean read.

Read a printed ticket with AI

If you have a vision-capable Gemma model installed from AI Setup, tap Read ticket from photo on the scan screen. Snikko hands the image to the on-device LLM and the model extracts title, venue, time, and other fields.
